For more than 18 years, I’ve helped organizations tell their story through thoughtful, well-crafted design. Over time, my work has expanded beyond individual projects to include building the structure and systems that allow creative work to function consistently and scale over time.
I currently serve as a Senior Graphic Designer with Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. In this role, I support a wide range of long-form publications, presentation materials, and brand-related work across the School. When I joined HSB Communications & Marketing, much of the School’s design work had historically been produced by outside agencies. As demand increased and the scope of work expanded, my role evolved to include rebuilding in-house ownership of design assets and developing processes for project tracking, file organization, and licensing. These efforts have helped bring greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency to the team’s work.
My approach is grounded in strong concept development and disciplined execution, with an emphasis on clarity and longevity. I’m particularly interested in helping teams think through goals, audiences, and constraints early in the process so the resulting work is more focused and easier to sustain over time.
Across higher education and nonprofit environments, I’ve partnered with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver work that balances creativity with practicality. I’m drawn to environments where design is treated as a strategic tool that supports communication, decision-making, and trust, rather than as a final decorative step.
